Reading the WIA {LCD} has suggested that if you are reading this and you are thinking of an upgrade from a standard or foundation Licence, or taking the Foundation Test, now is a good time to do just that. You will wait a short while, the new LCD will be complete and you will be rewarded with more power, bands with digital mode thrown in. Makes sense, so if you get in touch with the secretary VK4CRO (Ron) he will assist you on tour quest.

Upon inspection of coming Hepburn charts, there is another chance of tropo paths extending to areas of VK4 from VK5/3/2, possibly beginning the coming Thursday morning, so far. This has followed a good week of VK4 from VK5/3/2.
